Everybody.

Read these before you apply. Every man signs the same list, and there are no side deals. If something here is going to be a problem, better that we both know now than three weeks in.

• 01An instant drug screen is done before anyone is accepted into the house, and screens continue throughout your stay at the House Manager's direction. A $50.00 application fee is due within 28 days of admission, payable by you or a sponsor.
• 02The house is completely alcohol and drug free. Use of alcohol or any mind-altering or mood-altering substance results in immediate discharge.
• 03For the first 30 days, you may leave to look for work or to work, for court-ordered appointments and hearings, and for religious services. Each one takes verification. That is the list.
• 04Every resident works or does community service at least 30 hours a week. If you have no income, that means five job applications a day until you are hired.
• 05Every medication you take, prescription and over the counter, is disclosed to the House Manager and approved before it comes into the house. You keep and take your own, stored in a locked container and out of sight. Narcotics are not permitted.
• 06Prescribed medication for opioid use disorder is treatment, not use. Suboxone and Vivitrol are accepted with verification of the prescription and prescriber, and methadone is considered case by case with a workable daily dosing plan. Nobody is turned away, sanctioned, or discharged for taking it exactly as prescribed.
• 07Attend recovery meetings every week, and get a sponsor and a home group within the first 28 days.
• 08No violence and no threats of violence, toward anyone, for any reason.
• 09Curfew is 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday. The House Manager knows where every resident is after curfew.
• 10Rent is $150 a week, due Monday by 5:00 PM. Keep your balance under $300 or you will be sanctioned.
• 11Clean up after yourself and do your share. Chores rotate weekly and are posted in the house; the kitchen gets cleaned within an hour of use.
