Rent is due every Monday by 5:00 PM. There is no deposit to move in. Keep your balance under $300 to stay clear of sanctions, and if you need a temporary arrangement, talk to the house manager before the due date rather than after. Silence is not a plan.
Cash App is preferred. Ask the house manager for the account. Cash is also accepted, handed directly to the house manager, and you get a written receipt on the spot every time. No payment is credited without a record, so never leave cash anywhere but in his hand.
A one-time $50.00 application fee is due within 28 days of moving in. You get a written ledger once a month showing every payment and any balance owed.
Paying for somebody else?
Sponsors, family, and churches can pay a resident's rent directly to TD Transitional Services LLC. Ask the house manager for payment instructions and the reference to use so the payment reaches the right balance.
