TD Transitional Services runs structured housing for men coming out of inpatient treatment or incarceration. You get a bed, a set of rules that apply to everybody, and a plan for the part nobody talks about: the ninety days after you walk out.

We provide fair housing and personalized plans for men returning to the community after inpatient care or incarceration. The house is the easy part. What makes it work is the structure around it: knowing what is expected, having somebody who checks, and having a plan on paper instead of in your head.
Assessment
We start with a real evaluation of where you are, what you are walking out of, and what has to happen in the first thirty days. No two men arrive with the same list.
Planning
A written case plan that connects you to the services you actually need, whether that is treatment, a probation requirement, a job, or a ride to get to it.
Community
A house where men in the same fight hold each other to the same standard. A live-in house manager, a sponsor and home group inside twenty-eight days, and neighbors treated like neighbors.
Tight on purpose.
For your first thirty days, the world gets small: work or looking for work, court and required appointments, and church if you want it. Drug screens, a curfew, chores, and a house manager who lives here and has seen every version of the story. It is not punishment. It is the shape that holds while the rest of you catches up.
